Are you aware of the danger of hair coloring? Hair coloring has been very popular among women since in the 80s. Home hair dye kits has been flooding over the supermarkets, TVs with advertisements of obtaining your desired hair color within 20 minutes has been shown.

Women love hair coloring as it tends to give her a sophisticated outlook, brighten up her personal image. For example, having purplish hair color makes one looks like a star, blond colors making one looks like a blond, chestnut red to make one looks like an Eurasian, etc. On the other hand, it has been used to cover gray hair.

There are two common types of hair dyes in the market these day, they are the chemical hair dying (involve bleaching) or henna hair coloring.

Chemical hair dying allows one to obtain a variety of bright colors. Desire hair color is obtained by hairstylist mixing the color with hydrogen peroxide. The greater content of hydrogen peroxide, the shorter time will needed for hair to develop into the desire color. According to experience hairstylist, too high content of hydrogen peroxide will melt the hair! It is also not advisable to dye hair to many times in a year as it may cause cervical problem.

Natural hair dye like henna produces only chestnut-red color range. It causes no harm to the hair roots and it takes about 3-4 hour to develop. It can also be use for covering gray hair. Note that gray hair dyed with henna will turn bright red after application, this will make the person feeling uncomfortable. However, according to some hairstylists, the gray hair applied with henna will turn black after sometimes.

By studying the pros and cos of the above hair coloring techniques, it would be wiser to use henna hair dye over chemical hair dye. Reason simply henna protect your hair roots as it is a natural plants as well as it promotes green environment by not disposing chemical to the earth.

These days, with the advance of technologies such as MSN, social website and mobile phone broadband, meeting and chatting with online strangers had become easier.

Have you ever got to know someone online and fell in love with him or her after a number of chat? The person could be putting on his/her best front e.g. introduce himself as some kind of attractive guy like working as a lawyer, pilot, business man, etc? It is just so attractive that you finally gather your guts and attend the blind date with the party.

Blind date could be exciting (if the person is just what you have expected) or a complete disappointment to you. Just some precautionary measures for you, with the excitement of knowing opposite sex online, finding a listening ear to your lonely heart, you must always keep a boundary as it could be great dispointment if anything went wrong.

Care sharing with us your good and bad experience after your blind date with an online stranger? Does it ended happily or its a whole disappointing and terrible experience for you?

Obsessive Compulsive Behavior (ODB) has been classified as a mental disorder. These days, more and more people had contracted this ‘disease’. Comparing to the early days around 19th centuary, people had never heard of ODB, therefore it should be a modern day ‘disease’. Has people contracted this due to too much of worries or too much emphasis on make no mistakes or hygiene? Lets look into some of these cases…

ODB Case 1

Lucy, a lady at her mid thirties, who disclose that she has contracted ODB after being reprimanded by another department manager for forgetting to switch off the room lights during a long school holiday, wasting school electricity. After that incident, she contracted ODB that causes her to check again and again that room lights has been off, doors have been shut properly behave leaving the office. She check repeatedly, doing the same procedure, before leaving. She admit that there’s rise of anxiety while doing this repeated checking. When her colleague came to know about this, they spread it to other colleague, making her feeling embaress.

A solution has been provided by a sympathetic colleague: Check that lights are off and doors are shut just once and leave the place, not looking back anymore. Lucy tried and it works initially, but back to her bad habit again.

Another solution from a friend, let go of the fear. Lucy is still trying on it.

Lucy repel the idea of medication as she feel that it is artificial. If you have any natural remedy that can help her, do leave down your comments here.
